The Stock Lead assists in leading and driving store teams to achieve sales goals, while ensuring an organized flow of merchandise in the stock room and onto the sales floor. In addition, you will help to ensure our customers receive the legendary service and experience needed to outfit their life's adventures.

• Ensuring company standards and procedures are in place, with regard to shipping and receiving, safety, processing and consolidating of merchandise. Making certain that the stockroom standard operating procedures (SOP) are consistently followed and adhered to on an ongoing basis. Assisting with housekeeping duties to keep stock room clean and organized.
• Assisting with organizing and preparing for store inventories. Participating in store inventory count.
• Partnering with store management team to determine best method of storage, identification, and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover, stock room capacities, and required space.
• Providing feedback to management team regarding effectiveness of stock room processes.
• Preparing for and participating in floorset changes.
• Communicating stock room staffing requirements to management team including staff and hours needed for specific tasks. Delegating prioritized stock related tasks as necessary.
• Training sales and stock associates on store stock room standards.
• Consistently representing our brand each day through behaviors that align with the Eddie Bauer Creed and Guarantee

• One year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a retail/customer service environment, retail specialty apparel preferred
• Supervisory and training experience a plus
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
